You’ll find us at the Well Barn in Bricket Wood—a peaceful spot on the beautiful private Munden Estate. Just 20 minutes from the North Circular via the M1 (Junction 6) and close to the M25 (Junction 21a), we’re easy to reach by car.
Prefer public transport? Trains from Euston to Bricket Wood Station take just 30 minutes.

Directions from St Albans
St Albans is a 20-25 minute drive from our barn at the Munden Estate. Head south on Watling Street and take the A405 south at Park Street Roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit on to Tippendell Lane, then the third right on to Park Street Lane. Carry on to Station Road and School Lane is just past the station.
Directions from Watford
When driving from any part of Watford, head towards Junction 5 of the M1. The Munden Estate can be reached by driving up to Junction 6. Take the first right on the A405 in the direction of Bricket Wood and then the first left on Mount Pleasant Lane. School Lane is on the right just after the railway bridge.
Directions from Radlett
Radlett is just a short 15-20 minute drive away from our barn at the Munden Estate. Just turn left on to Smug Oak Lane from Watling Street and follow Station Road until turning left on to School Lane. We are at the end of the lane.
Directions from Central London
Bricket Wood rail station can be reached from Euston via Watford Junction and is close to the Munden Estate. Please contact us if you would like us to meet you there.
